• Once you place your order, I begin creating it for you. All work is my original hand lettering and/or artwork.

• I create based on what you provide; please proofread prior to submitting.

• Orders typically take 3-5 business days for production and drying.

• IF you notice an error in your submission, you should contact me as quickly as possible. If your order has not already been processed, I may be able to make adjustments.
